Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1997:
Gatunek występujący w środkowej i północnej części Europy, sięgający w Skandynawii daleko poza koło podbiegunowe, notowany nadto z północnych Włoch. W Polsce znany z nielicznych stanowisk rozmieszczonych głównie na obszarach nizinnych i wyżynach, notowany ponadto z Kotliny Jeleniogórskiej i niżej położonych stanowisk w Beskidach. Zasiedla mokre łąki, rowy i przydroża oraz wilgotne, piaszczyste i muliste pobrzeża wód płynących, rzadziej stojących. Żyje na rdeście plamistym — Polygonum persicaria L. i rdeście ziemnowodnym — P. amphibium L.
