Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1980:
Szeroko rozpowszechniony gatunek palearktyczny, opisany przeszło sto lat temu i wywodzący się ze wschodniej Azji, a w Europie sporadycznie obserwowany dopiero na początku XX wieku, obecnie występujący w całej Europie aż do północnej Fennoskandii. W Polsce znany z nielicznych, rozproszonych stanowisk. Gatunek głównie spotykany w pryzmach kompostowych, rzadziej poławiany pod rozkładającymi się szczątkami roślinnymi, ekskrementami, nawozem, padliną i gnijącymi grzybami.
