Taxon description
Gatunek borealno-górski, znany głównie z północnej części Europy (w Fennoskandii dociera do skrajnych prowincji północnych) oraz z nielicznych stanowisk na obszarach górskich w środkowej części kontynentu. W Polsce notowany z Sudetów i Beskidu Zachodniego oraz ogólnikowo z Tatr, przy czym dane o występowaniu w tych krainach w większości opierają się na znaleziskach z końca ubiegłego lub z początku bieżącego stulecia. Stanowiska w polskiej części Tatr nie są ponadto dokładnie określone. Poławiany przeważnie za pomocą przesiewania mchów i opadłego listowia.
