Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1990b:
Gatunek rozmieszczony w wąskim pasie od Francji przez środkową część Europy i Ukrainę aż po północny Kazachstan. W Polsce rzadko spotykany, znany z nielicznych stanowisk rozproszonych w różnych częściach kraju. Zasiedla piaszczyste gleby, suche, nasłonecznione zbocza, przydroża i widne zarośla. Żeruje na bylicach — Artemisia L., głównie na bylicy polnej — A. campestris L. Postacie dojrzałe poławiano od maja do września.
