Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1986b:
[KFP 3678: Corticarina fuscula] Gatunek palearktyczny, rozsiedlony w prawie całej tym w obszarze rozmieszczenia w miarę posuwania się z południa na północ i z zachodu na wschód jest coraz częściej spotykany. W Polsce występuje od Pobrzeża Bałtyku aż po Tatry, ale jest stosunkowo rzadko spotykany; z niektórych krain brak jeszcze wiadomości o jego rozmieszczeniu. Występuje zarówno na żywych roślinach, jak i na ich martwych lub obumierających, gnijących i zapleśniałych fragmentach. Znajdowano go również w przegrzybiałej próchnicy, w dziuplach drzew, mrowiskach oraz w gniazdach królików, wiewiórek, chomików i świstaków.
