Taxon description
Gatunek zamieszkujący południową i środkową część Europy, notowany też z Danii. W Polsce chrząszcz rzadko i sporadycznie spotykany, notowany z nielicznych stanowisk tylko w siedmiu krainach. Chrząszcze pojawiają się w czerwcu i przeżywają do sierpnia, żerują na wierzbach i topolach.
