Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1987:
[KFP 3996: Stenomax lanipes] Gatunek rozmieszczony głównie w zachodniej i południowej Europie oraz lokalnie w Europie środkowej. W Polsce znany z nielicznych stanowisk rozproszonych w różnych częściach kraju. Bionomia tego gatunku nie jest poznana.
Burakowski et al. 1987:
[KFP 3995: Stenomax aeneus] Gatunek południowoeuropejski, który tylko lokalnie występuje w południowo-wschodniej części Europy środkowej. W Polsce znany z nielicznych stanowisk w dziesięciu krainach. Zamieszkuje tereny nizinne i przedgórza. Występuje głównie na drzewach liściastych, rzadziej na świerkach i sosnach. Znajdowany pod lekko odstającą korą, w zmurszałym drewnie pni i gałęzi, w próchnicy i pod opadłym listowiem przy podstawie pni drzew.
