Szelegiewicz 1968:

Europa: Dania, Niemcy, Polska, ZSRR (środkowa Rosja).
Gatunek jednodomny i holocykliczny. Monofag na konwalijce dwulistnej — Majanthemum bifolium (L.) F. W. Schm. Żeruje na liściach powodując powstawanie czerwonych plam w miejscach żerowania.
