Taxon description

Szelegiewicz 1968:

[KFP 568: Macrosiphoniella fasciata] Szeroko rozmieszczony w Europie.
Gatunek jednodomny i holocykliczny. Monofag na bylicy polnej — Artemisia campestris L. Żeruje na młodych pędach.

Szelegiewicz 1968:

[KFP 566: Macrosiphoniella absinthii] Europa, zachodnia Syberia, Bliski Wschód, północna Afryka.
Gatunek jednodomny i holocykliczny. Żyje na młodych pędach, rzadziej na spodniej stronie liści bylicy piołunu — Artemisia absinthium L., wyjątkowo na innych złożonych jak — Chrysanthemum Zawadzkii Herb. Szkodnik na plantacjach piołunu.
