Taxon description

Burakowski et al. 1981:

Gatunek rozprzestrzeniony w prawie całej Europie prócz południowej części Półwyspu Bałkańskiego, wykazywany ponadto z Kaukazu i Czyty w południowej Syberii. W Polsce znany z nielicznych stanowisk, rozmieszczonych tylko w siedmiu krainach. Zasiedla tereny nizinne i górzyste, gdzie dociera do górnej granicy lasu. Pojawia się od sierpnia do maja pod odstającą korą drzew iglastych, zwłaszcza sosen i świerków.
