Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1986b:
Gatunek zamieszkujący południową i środkową część Europy, notowany również z Kaukazu i Azji Mniejszej, znajdowany wszędzie rzadko i sporadycznie. Należy w Polsce do wielkich rzadkości. Według A. Horiona (1960) jest znany jeden stary okaz muzealny ze Śląska (bez stanowiska), ale autor ten wątpi w występowanie omawianego gatunku na tym obszarze. Jego występowanie na Śląsku jest jednak możliwe, na co wskazuje rozmieszczenie ogólne — są znane okazy z okolicy Berlina, z Beskidów i Karpat czechosłowackich, a od niedawna z Wyżyny Lubelskiej. Zasiedla głównie stare pierwotne lasy, gdzie występuje w hubach rosnących na bukach i dębach.
