Taxon description
Gatunek zamieszkujący głównie środkową, wschodnią i północną część Europy, notowany również z Kaukazu, Azji Mniejszej i zachodniej Syberii. Zasiedla miernie suche gleby, najchętniej zawierające domieszkę gliny, żwiru lub kamieni, unika czystych piasków i gleb pylastych, najczęściej spotykany na terenach ruderalnych, wkracza w obręb osiedli miejskich, wykazywany również z gleb uprawnych.
