Taxon description

Burakowski et al. 1986b:

Gatunek eurosyberyjski, w Europie rozprzestrzeniony od Wysp Brytyjskich, północnej Fennoskandii oraz Karelii przez całą środkową część Europy aż do wschodniej Francji, północnych Włoch i Siedmiogrodu, na wschód przez Syberię docierający aż do Kraju Nadmorskiego. W Polsce znany tylko z zachodniej części kraju, gdzie był zbierany na nielicznych stanowiskach w siedmiu krainach. Gatunek eurytopowy, występujący na miejscach suchych, jak i na torfowiskach. Poławiany pod rozkładającymi się resztkami roślinnymi, pod odstającą korą i opadłym listowiem.
