Taxon description
Gatunek środkowoeuropejski, mało znany, gdyż mylony z podobnym M. (M.) pumila (Gyll.), od którego różni się głównie budową aparatu kopulacyjnego samca. Z Polski wykazany ogólnikowo, bez bliższych danych, z zachodniej części kraju. Należy przypuszczać, że rewizja zbiorów oraz faunistyczne badania terenowe odkryją nie znane stanowiska na naszym obszarze.
