Taxon description
Europa, stosunkowo rzadko spotykany.
Gatunek holocykliczny i jednodomny. Żyje na dębach — Quercus sessilis Ehrh. i Quercus robur L. Założycielki rodu żerują wiosną na liściach powodując powstawanie małych odbarwionych zagłębień. Wczesnym latem przenoszą się na gałęzie, gdzie rodzą osobniki pokolenia róźnopłciowego.
